A discovery call is the opportunity to build on the information gathered in the initial touchpoint brief (via the contact form) — with the primary objective to gather enough information about the project to provide an accurate and thorough quote. A discovery call is not a strategy session. We don’t discuss design, concept or brand strategy at this point. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book a discovery call that would go towards any of the packages that is booked.
The branding process could take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, but may vary with revisions and additional projects. Please check our booking availability and inform if you have any deadlines.
Yes! There are payment plans available. To secure your spot on my calendar, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your start date. Invoice will be sent with payment due dates. Payment plans could be split into payments equally during the duration of the project. Payment must be received by due date or project will result in termination.
Quotes are sent after a discovery call to review and is valid only 2 weeks.
Invoices are only sent once the potential client has viewed the quote and would like to proceed. A 25% non-refundable deposit / fee / down-payment of your total package(s) is required to secure your spot on the calendar for start date.
Deposit must be made by the required date to secure start date. No response or cancellation notice by due date = no future bookings.
FULL PAYMENT is required before any files are delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
